One on One Personal Training Plans:

Prices listed below are per session. 
Sessions range from 45-55 minutes long 
(dependent upon your personal goal)

12 sessions: Once a week is $55 per session

12 sessions: 2 or more times a week $45 per session

Personal Training may include: weight training, cardiovascular training, core and flexibility, boxing, interval training, weight loss, toning and sculpting exercises, and other methods dependent upon each individual goal.

We will also guide you with nutritional tips for your ultimate results!

Small Group Training Plans

With two or more clients per session, the rate is $35 each person per hour.

In-Home Training

We also offer in-home personal training. We travel to you!

You have the convenience of working out in the privacy of your own home and We will utilize the many everyday amenities in your house and backyard that you never thought about as exercise equipment. Along with that, we also bring some personal pieces of equipment that we may feel are necessary for a great full body workout!
Workouts are intense, no gym membership needed!

Prices vary depending upon travel time (area). Minimum addition to training price of $25 per session.
